Polar Express....

On Saturday, December 20th we took the girls (along with some family friends) on the Polar Express train!  The girls thoroughly loved this.  Here are a few pictures:

I'm obviously not great at selfies...

My kiddos were more impressed with Mrs. Claus than they were with "this Santa".  I have to admit she was super adorable and extremely nice.

Another wonderful night packed full of memories!!  Worth every penny!

Breakfast with Santa....

On Saturday, December 13th, 2014 we had breakfast again with Santa.  The kiddos love this.  I'm sad that my photos are super great, but Santa was shoved back into a dark corner so it was hard to get really good pictures.

Totally love experiencing the magic of Christmas through the eyes of my girls.....
one of the best gifts ever!!

Pajama Day at Kindergarten....

The girls were over the moon excited to wear their pajamas to school last week.  I gotta say I was pretty jealous that I didn't get to wear my jammies to work!!

Holiday Spirit...

This post is just a little hodge podge of things we've been doing around here.....

One of the girl's most recent homework assignments was to decorate the Christmas ornament.  Alexis decided she wanted hers to look like Santa.  After that Addison followed suit....

The Before....

I really honestly don't remember who's is whoms now???  I remember them deciding that they didn't want their Santa's to have the same color eyes.

Another little project we did was making our own wreath....Nothing spectacular, but the girls love anything and everything that involves painting.  Easy peesy!  Just some paper plates, paint and some ribbon.

Our Elf, "JOE" came back to visit us while we were in STL for Thanksgiving.  When we got home, Joe was hanging upside down in the laundry room from a hanger.  Joe had also left new pj's for the girls.  They were ecstatic!!

And finally.....Just a few photos of the girls trimming the tree.   We all did get a little teary eyed during this process.  Our cat Jynxie, used to LOVE to lay under the Christmas tree.  When I pulled out the tree skirt it actually still had some of Jynx's fur on it from last year.  I got a little chocked up which then escaladed into both of my girls crying.  Terry was able to calm them down by putting a photo of Jynx under the tree.

I'm pretty bummed that my Minnie Mouse Angel got broken this year.  I'm still on the hunt to find a new tree topper.
